There are two things in life I really do not understand. One is jealousy and the other is holding a grudge. I have noticed over the years how some people have elephantine memories about the slightest slights and go on and on and on about it until all their friends die from boredom. If I get annoyed it's a flash and over. I can usually understand both sides and have sympathy for both sides. Then I get over it. Yet others can rehash held wounds every time a new disagreement arises so the horse is truly flogged, fried and served in a French restaurant. Life is too short to be carrying such sludge.

Do you hold a grudge and if so what kind and why?

No I do not hold grudges, but like an elephant, I never forget and don't make the same mistake twice.
